Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Engineer II to join our Paris Operations Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the operational functionality of protective equipment and maximizing loss mitigation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their businesses and develop tailored risk management strategies.
- Conduct on-site loss prevention evaluations to identify hazards and exposures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work with clients to develop and implement effective risk mitigation plans, including human element and maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with the Account Team to ensure that all hazards are properly identified and addressed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management and loss prevention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to travel regularly, with a focus on the northwest of France and other European locations.
