Risk Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Consultant in Management, Securization, and Optimization of Risks. As a key member of our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) services, you will support international clients in all topics relating to corporate governance, risk management and mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Your ChallengesAs a Consultant in Management, Securization, and Optimization of Risks, you will be involved in the following missions:
- Assess existing processes and organizations to identify risks and review the relevance of controls.
- Design and implement tailored mitigation action plans to address identified risks.
- Support clients in their operations' transformation by understanding, redesigning, and simplifying processes, and identifying and reviewing operational and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, J-SOX, and AMF requirements.
- Design and implement systems addressing specific regulations' requirements, such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption, international sanctions and embargoes, export control, and more.
- Assist clients in securing their core processes through business continuity and recovery plans.
- Assist clients in complex degraded environments to stabilize and manage crisis and loss of control over operations.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree from a major business school, engineering, or a university equivalent in finance/accounting. You should have a strong interest in risk management, internal control, audit, and compliance. Previous experience in a corporate or audit/consulting firm is required, with a good knowledge of accounting and financial subjects.
You should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Rigor and ability to engage in complex topics.
- Analytical and synthetic qualities.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Team player and self-starter.
- Proficiency in English.
You will be based in one of our major locations in France (La Défense, Marseille, Toulouse) or abroad (Algiers - Algeria, Casablanca-Morocco) as part of a permanent contract.
