Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to take on the role of Naval Electrical Business Manager - Sail Propulsion. This position involves overseeing initiatives aimed at reducing carbon emissions in maritime transport through innovative sail propulsion technologies for advanced vessels. Key responsibilities include managing business projects with budgets ranging from 500k€ to 1.5M€, fostering client relationships, and ensuring that both technical and organizational standards are upheld.
- Address client inquiries and deliver technical insights.
- Supervise project execution to guarantee adherence to quality, budget, and timeline specifications.
- Lead and enhance team capabilities.
- Engage in strategic commercial planning.
- Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Applicants should possess a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing industrial projects. Essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and sound decision-making, along with a customer-focused mindset and commercial insight. The role will require regular travel to various project locations.
