About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team at FAIRLIN'K. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and developers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
