Join Capijobnew as a Senior Manager F/H and lead the transformation of our Electrical Sector EMEA into a cutting-edge Industry 4.0 organization.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager F/H to develop and implement strategies for the incorporation of Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing technologies within our Electrical Sector EMEA business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Subject Matter Expertise and overall Program Leadership of Industry 4.0 and Advanced Manufacturing for Electrical Sector EMEA.
- Work with senior leaders and site leadership to develop strategies, goals, objectives, resource, CAPEX, planning and communication/change management for the transformation of ES EMEA into an Industry 4.0 organization with connected systems and smart factories throughout.
- Support Deployment Teams with developing detailed deployment plans and schedules by site, tracking and reporting progress on Industry 4.0 projects to all stakeholders, and celebrating key milestone achievements.
- Measure success through the development and deployment of the industry 4.0 score card to track key performance metrics.
- Lead prioritisation of application of industry 4.0 technologies across EMEA via deployment of cross divisional councils.
- Ensure standardisation of technology solutions throughout.
- Establish standard work for business case development and implementation of advanced technologies.
- Lead organizational development, growing competencies to enable ES EMEA to deploy technologies independently and becoming self-sufficient of outside vendors/integrators.
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial operations environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industry 4.0, IOT or Smart Factory development.
- Plant management experience (preferred).
- Experience in international operations development (preferred).
- Experience in strategic and annual planning (preferred).
