NEO Data Migration Program Manager

As a key member of the NEO program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful migration of data to our new platform. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the cutover phases for one dedicated NEO local entity, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to our new landscape.
Main Missions- Create and maintain relationships between global and regional/local teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement a detailed cutover plan, including data migration, identifying key steps, timelines, and resources required.
- Monitor data cleansing and cutover localization, ensuring that all pre-requisites are met before each phase.
- Drumbeat and report cutover progress, alerting and escalating when necessary.
- Perform REX and monitor the action plan to secure the next cutover.
- At least years of experience as a PMO, with a strong background in project management and cutover processes.
- Technical skills in project management, cutover, and ERP projects.
- Soft skills, including communication, prioritization, and deadline management.
- Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
As a NEO Data Migration Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn the future ways of working of the group, develop a deep understanding of cross-métiers topics, and gain experience in managing large-scale programs. You will also be exposed to an international and multi-cultural environment, making you a valuable asset to the company.
After this position, you can either take on a new role within the tribes (Data, FS, OC, PP, RR) or in a workstream, or join another entity/project with an end-to-end vision and project management skills. You can also join a data domain outside of NEO, such as data governance officer or data-related functions with leadership responsibilities.
