EMEA Indirect Procurement Category Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Leader to join our EMEA Marketing Indirect Procurement team. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing marketing category spend across the EMEA region, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and procurement organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in category management at a regional or global level in a multinational environment. You will be responsible for leading sourcing optimization projects, managing procurement processes, and driving business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective procurement strategy for marketing spend in alignment with business priorities
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize procurement processes
- Lead regional and country category projects, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Manage procurement operations tasks, including PO approval, vendor approval, and invoice approval
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement with category management at a regional or global level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business decisions
- Fluency in English and French, with German a plus
