Finance Manager Position at Bureau des Talents

Bureau des Talents specializes in connecting skilled professionals with exceptional opportunities in the Tech and Finance sectors. We are proud to represent a prominent entity in the private equity landscape.

The Finance Manager will report directly to the Operations Director and will play a crucial role in supporting the financial team based in Paris with everyday financial activities. This position is essential for enhancing and streamlining financial operations to guarantee adherence to regulations and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities in Financial Management and Reporting

  • Oversee the administration of funds and investment vehicles.
  • Validate quarterly assessments of portfolio companies in accordance with IPEV standards.
  • Track and reconcile cash flow using internal systems.
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports in English.

Responsibilities in Analysis and Evaluation

  • Manage evaluations of unlisted companies and calculate fund KPIs.
  • Ensure the precision of evaluation benchmarks and conduct backtesting.
  • Coordinate the analysis of discrepancies between audited financial statements and estimates.

Administrative Duties and Relationship Management

  • Gather regular performance metrics and KPIs from portfolio companies.
  • Administer capitalization tables for portfolio entities.
  • Address investor inquiries and assist with due diligence in partnership with the financial controller.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate from a prestigious business school or hold a Master's degree in Finance.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in private equity or transaction services at a Big 4 firm.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation: Starting salary of 85k€ plus bonus and participation.
