Position OverviewUpon joining, you will become part of the Banking Advisory Division, which consists of 110 professionals, specifically within the Asset Management team, engaging in various contexts:
- Post-merger integration, operational model redesign, launching new services, etc.
- Public markets & Private markets (Private Equity, Private Debt, etc.)
You will be involved in leading our large-scale transformation projects and the operational support we provide to Business and IT Management.
Your Role:
By joining Forvis Mazars Banking Advisory, you will contribute to the growth of our Private Equity (PE) activities and, more broadly, our Asset Management (AM) and Wealth Management (WM) services.
- As a Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to engage across the entire value chain: Business Management, IT Departments, Data Offices, Transformation & Organization bodies, etc.
- You will work collaboratively in project mode (scoping, RACI, budget management, change management, etc.).
- Depending on your experience level, you will have knowledge of asset classes in listed/OTC and private markets, types of instruments, financial and non-financial market data management processes, and Front-to-Back operational processes.
Additionally, based on your aspirations, you will actively participate in the development of our team by contributing to internal initiatives such as team engagement, enhancing existing service offerings or developing new ones, innovation, recruitment, and training.
QualificationsYou hold a Master’s degree, possess a consulting-oriented profile, and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the financial sector, gained within a consulting firm with a specialization in PE / AM.
Your understanding of Agile methodologies, experience with financial software, and knowledge of the intersections between Business, Processes, and IT will be your assets in successfully executing your responsibilities.
Your adaptability, active listening, analytical, and synthesis skills will enable you to propose valuable insights to our clients and meet their needs effectively.
Lastly, your entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen, along with your persuasive abilities, will facilitate your growth within our high-potential department.
