Overview
The role of the Inspector is crucial in ensuring that production meets the quality standards set forth by the management. This position involves a dual focus on both inspection and consultation within the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection Duties: Working within the workshop environment, the Inspector will adhere to established control protocols to verify the conformity of components throughout various stages of production. Ultimately, this role is responsible for certifying compliance with customer orders and internal manufacturing specifications. Advisory Role: The Inspector will also take on a mentorship role, guiding operators in the proper application of their qualifications and ensuring adherence to process controls.Work Conditions:
This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, with a schedule that may include 2 x 7 shifts or full-day work.
Required Skills:
Familiarity with surface treatments or painting processes. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Recruitment Criteria:
Experienced candidates are encouraged to submit unsolicited applications. Entry-level candidates should possess at least a BTS in industrial automation, DUT in physical measures, or a DU in materials, followed by a period of paired training.-
