About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our team at BD. As a key member of our Global Marketing Team, you will be responsible for supporting the global marketing and brand management of our vaccine and anticoagulant portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on strategic marketing input, market development, product launches, and promotion tools preparation. You will work closely with our Global Marketing PFS Director and regional teams to ensure successful global launches of new products and offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and translate customer insights to inform product differentiation and dialogue with R&D and Medical Affairs.
  • Propose campaign strategies, including target segments and personas, adapted offerings, and corresponding go-to-market strategies and message platforms.
  • Lead marketing implementation of campaigns to ensure successful global launches of new products and offerings.
  • Own the successful execution and alignment of regional marketing programs through local sales and marketing plans.
  • Supply market analysis to the annual strategic and financial planning process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in global marketing.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of the vaccine market or experience in the MedTech or medical device industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish professional relationships in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English and good level in French.
  • Well-organized, highly motivated, process and results-oriented, able to reprioritize and take on responsibilities in a multi-tasking environment.
