At Hasbro, we're looking for a talented Senior Key Account Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships with our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business in your assigned customer portfolio, while also taking a broader view of our overall commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend sales, promotional, ranging, and in-store merchandising strategies to achieve near and medium-term Hasbro goals for your customer portfolio.
  • Play a lead role in the Hasbro One Voice approach across retail, maximizing Hasbro brand visibility across retail channels.
  • Proactively share channel, retailer, and brand insights with the channel leads and Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team.
  • Embrace and execute the Global channel strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Category Manager, ideally in FMCG.
  • Ability to execute Global channel strategies.
  • Experience with recommending and implementing strategies across different channels.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
