As a member of the Financial Division, within the Transversal and Data team at Harmonie Mutuelle, you will engage in and contribute to multidisciplinary projects, tool maintenance, process enhancement, and assist the Financial Division in evolving their operations.

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
  • Engagement in project management phases including needs assessment, specification drafting, impact evaluation, and reporting
  • Oversight of multidisciplinary projects
  • Dissemination of project methodologies and culture
  • Assisting business units in the execution of new initiatives
  • Facilitating change management
  • Supporting departments in their transformation journeys
  • Managing tool-related challenges and developments
  • Overseeing incident communication channels
  • Monitoring change requests
  • Contributing to the optimization of current processes
  • Creating a comprehensive FAQ section
Ideal Candidate Profile:
