We are dedicated to supporting salons in flourishing within the digital realm, utilizing our Treatwell Connect solutions and marketplace to drive their commercial success and broaden their customer reach.
As a vital member of our sales force, your primary responsibility will be to successfully onboard new clients by proactively identifying and engaging potential partner salons. You will oversee the complete process, from the initial outreach to the finalization of contracts, ensuring the establishment of new partnerships for Treatwell.
In your role focused on commercial expansion in France, you will aim to grow your designated area, particularly in Marseille and its surroundings, by persuading industry professionals to collaborate with us and leverage our software to enhance their business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage beauty and wellness professionals in your designated area through various outreach methods, including direct visits;
- Secure meetings and manage the sales process independently until closure;
- Maintain our CRM database with pertinent information;
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to refine sales strategies;
- Evaluate your performance to meet or exceed established targets;
- Encourage team collaboration and contribute to team morale.
