About the Role
The Risks and Insurance Department (DRA) within Saint-Gobain Group enforces policies on Prevention and Insurance across all entities and sites. We provide technical expertise to group entities through a network of insurance correspondents and prevention coordinators.
We are seeking an ambitious individual for an internship focused on Product Risk Prevention. You will work directly with the Director of Industrial Risk Prevention and Distribution and the Deputy Director of Insurance, contributing to a project that has been shaping our approach since 2015.
Your Responsibilities
- Document existing governance and processes related to Product Risk Prevention.
- Establish a secure and organized system for storing and accessing all product risk assessment reports, presentations, documents, and other relevant materials accumulated over time.
- Analyze available prevention reports and presentations made to insurers. Define risk mapping, consolidate losses suffered in past accidents, consolidate recommendations by typology and business, and consider implementing a tool to track action plans.
- Monitor the deployment of the Product Risk Prevention program and develop a comprehensive dashboard to visualize progress.
- Engage internal Group communication through various channels such as Business Social Media, Newsletters, and webinars.
- Assist in setting up monitoring for other risks related to Liability Insurance.
Your Profile
You are an engineering student pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Risk Prevention or Risk Management and Insurance at reputable institutions such as IMR, ENASS, or IAP. You possess strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and thrive in complex environments.
You are comfortable learning new software functionalities and have a mastery of the Office Suite. Proficiency in database operating programs, particularly Power BI, would be a significant asset. Fluent English is mandatory.
