Nous recherchons un Chef de Service motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe au Mont d'Arbois Luxury Resort, dans le cadre de la saison hivernale 2023-2024.
Mission
Sous la responsabilité du chef de service, vous serez chargé de diriger l'équipe de service et de garantir la qualité exceptionnelle des expériences offertes aux clients.
Fonctionnalités clés
- Diriger l'équipe de service : Vous serez responsable de superviser et de motiver votre équipe pour garantir que les objectifs sont atteints.
- Gestion des opérations : Vous dirigerez les opérations de service, y compris la gestion des effectifs, des ressources et des processus.
- Niveau de service client : Vous devrez fournir un service client exceptionnel en répondant aux besoins et attentes des clients.
- Gestion financière : Vous serez responsable de gérer les finances de l'équipe de service, y compris la planification budgétaire et la surveillance des dépenses.
- Tâches spécifiques :
- Effectuer des encaissements en fonction des modes de règlement.
- Offrir aux clients un service agréable, efficace et professionnel conformément aux standards Four Seasons.
- Porter les plateaux correctement et sans risque, savoir débarrasser et redresser les tables.
- Connaître la carte du bar et chaque menu, savoir expliquer à la clientèle les boissons du menu ainsi que la composition des cocktails et mets divers.
- Gestion des stocks.
- Création de cocktails sur mesure.
- Vérification des mises en place.
- Débarrasser et stocker le linge, porcelaine, argenterie, verrerie, boisson et nourriture dans les locaux appropriés.
- Déplacer les chaises ou les tables rapidement en cas de changement de disposition de mise en place.
- Connaitre les différents rituels de service des produits du bar.
- Servir le café et thé; contenter toute demande suivant les critères de qualité Four Seasons.
- Entretenir le matériel mis à disposition à l'aide de produits appropriés.

Nous recherchons une personne sérieuse, dynamique, volontaire qui aime travailler en équipe et qui est capable de communiquer efficacement avec les collègues et les clients.
Rémunération
L'estimation salariale est comprise entre 25.000€ et 35.000€ par an, selon l'expérience.
