Are you enthusiastic about the automotive distribution sector and eager to be part of a vibrant multi-brand organization?

We are currently seeking a VN Sales Manager (M/F) for our Hess Automobile dealership.

Your objective: to enhance performance and foster customer loyalty.

Working closely with the management team, you will oversee the promotion of VN sales initiatives, while providing leadership, organization, and management, all in alignment with brand and group quality benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales team: inspiring, establishing, and tracking sales objectives for advisors;
  • Overseeing commercial operations to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction: monitoring sales activities, managing vehicle inventory, budget planning, addressing complaints, and contributing to quality enhancement initiatives.

Profile:

If you are a driven individual with robust leadership capabilities and a proactive management approach, this position is ideal for you. As an effective manager, you concentrate on tracking key performance indicators to facilitate ongoing improvement in VN sales. You should be self-sufficient, energetic, and meticulous, with a commercial background and a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role within the automotive industry.

A valid driver's license is essential. An appealing compensation package is available, comprising a base salary along with performance bonuses.
