Job Title: Senior Sales

Join the DOUGLAS Group, a leading omnichannel provider of premium beauty in Europe, as a Senior Sales professional. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales expert to drive business growth in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the French market with direct customers and media agencies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and market segments.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and drive business growth via Teams and in person.
  • Work closely with internal teams, located in the Douglas Headquarter Düsseldorf, Germany, such as Client Services and Campaign Management to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.
  • Drive international exchange with the sales team sitting in DACH, BENE, Italy, Spain, and Poland to use synergies across markets.
  • Collaborate closely with local departments like E-Commerce, Assortment & Purchasing, or Marketing within the Nocibé HQ in Lille.
  • Visit the Paris Beauty Brand HQs regularly to upskill the partners on Retail Media and to gain a detailed understanding of the retail media responsibilities and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of studies in Sales, (Online) Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Practical experience of at least 4 years in the Retail Media or Digital Advertising industry, with a proven track record in Sales & Business Development, ideally on the publisher side.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising market in the French region, including key players, market dynamics, and common digital media channels.
  • Understanding of how media agencies operate or already gained experience in the media agency environment.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Excellent communication skills to build internal and external networks, conduct presentations and negotiations, while addressing the diverse interests of your stakeholders and clients.
  • Structured work approach, proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
