Vous rejoignez l'Equipe Conformité & Contrôle Interne Europe en tant que Senior Compliance Supervising Officer.
Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :
- Participer aux travaux de supervision des dispositifs de conformité des sociétés de gestion affiliées dans le cadre de l'Enterprise Compliance Program de Natixis Investment Managers (préparer les Comités Compliance, entretenir des liens étroits avec les Compliance Officers des filiales, effectuer l'évaluation annuelle du dispositif Compliance de chaque affilié...)
- Assurer la gestion de projets transversaux visant à accompagner et à superviser le déploiement au sein des filiales des dispositifs de conformité répondant aux nouvelles réglementations et aux sujets de place (formations, conduite d'ateliers, analyse d'écarts avec les exigences réglementaires, définition et suivi de plans d'action...)
- Participer à la préparation des Comités Compliance de Natixis IM et aux contributions aux Comités Compliance du Groupe
- Contribuer à la préparation des reportings et à la rédaction des rapports à destination du top management et du Groupe
- Elaborer, adapter et maintenir (en fonction des évolutions réglementaires) des Politiques et Procédures Globales applicables à l'ensemble des Affiliés, et s'assurer de leur correcte déclinaison dans leurs dispositifs de conformité
En tant que Senior Compliance Supervising Officer, vous assurez un rôle de référent sur certaines réglementations ou chantiers transversaux.
Vous travaillez dans un environnement international, au sein d'une communauté d'experts qui place l'excellence, l'impact et l'action collective au cœur de tout ce qu'elle entreprend.
Caractéristiques du poste
Vous disposez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires dans le domaine de la conformité / contrôle interne. Une expérience en cabinet de conseil ou d'audit est un plus.
Vous maîtrisez :
- Les réglementations s'appliquant aux sociétés de gestion, ainsi qu'aux métiers de la gestion d'actifs, des produits financiers et des marchés
- La gestion des projets transversaux dans un environnement complexe
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes :
- Rigoureux et avez la capacité à travailler en autonomie en gérant les priorités
- Efficace et avez une forte capacité d'analyse
- Capable de travailler en équipe et de dialoguer efficacement
Vous maitrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
