You will lead the development of customer plans, ensuring the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You will work with key account managers to implement plans, driving profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve annual targets.
- Understand market dynamics and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead business planning meetings to set sales quotas and achieve annual plans.
- Suggest and influence investments in category building blocks, ensuring execution excellence at point of sale.
- Monitor competition's commercial activity to detect business opportunities and threats.
- Provide leadership within multi-categories teams, driving business opportunities through innovations, customer promotions, and portfolio management.

A future-focused mindset, with experience in category planning, growth through category leadership, and delivering business plans. You should have analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with others.
