Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC and Plumbing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain meticulous control over project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with design, construction, and subcontractor teams, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
  • Prioritize the safety of all personnel involved in projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HVAC/Plumbing engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
