Company Overview: ISCOD specializes in Digital Learning training and is seeking a Recruitment and Human Resources Trainee for its partner organization, which operates in the home care industry. This role is designed for an apprenticeship program aimed at obtaining a state-recognized qualification, ranging from level 5 to level 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3, or Master/Bac+5).

Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls
- Oversee administrative tasks
- Exhibit strong communication abilities (telephone and outreach)
- Possess knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
- Coordinate planning activities
- Demonstrate commercial acumen
The ideal candidate will:
- Show initiative and effectively navigate unforeseen challenges.
- Exhibit qualities such as adaptability, persistence, and strong communication skills.
Must be eligible for a Bac+2 program.
Compensation will be based on educational level and age.
All training expenses will be fully covered by the organization.
