Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at DAHER. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing all types of general and specific import/export transit documentation to ensure seamless transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish quotations in the framework of current operations
  • Record customer orders and review contracts for feasibility
  • Negotiate and place orders with approved suppliers
  • Organize transport of goods, including collecting shipping documents and compiling service files
  • Monitor the smooth running of services and keep customers informed
  • Manage damage and disputes, and send to the insurance manager
  • Invoice customers, approve supplier invoices, and close and archive files
  • Maintain good customer relations and act as a single point of contact
  • Act as an interface with commercial and accounting teams

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
