Présentation de l'emploi

Titre du poste : Transportation Coordinator

Responsabilités :

  • Établir des devis dans le cadre des opérations en cours
  • Enregistrer les commandes des clients (ouverture du dossier)
  • Revoir le contrat (vérification de la faisabilité du service)
  • Négocier et passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs approuvés par DAHER (selon les autorisations de engagement de dépenses)
  • Organiser le transport des marchandises : Collecter les documents de transport et compiler le dossier de service
  • Préparer les documents douaniers
  • Surveiller le bon déroulement du service et tenir informé le client
  • Enregistrer les anomalies, les traiter dans les limites de ses responsabilités et informer sa direction hiérarchique
  • Gérer les dommages et les litiges (réservations) et les transmettre au responsable de l'assurance
  • Facturer le client, approuver les factures des fournisseurs, puis clôturer et archiver le dossier après avoir effectué un contrôle global du service fourni au client
  • Contrôler la qualité des relations client/agent en conformité avec les contrats
  • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les clients en étant le point de contact unique pour un ou plusieurs clients
  • Entretenir un lien direct avec les équipes de recouvrement de dettes et signaler l'activité à sa direction hiérarchique
  • Agir en tant qu'interface avec les équipes commerciales
  • Agir en tant qu'interface avec les équipes comptables

Activités à adapter pour les employés en stage (contrats de professionnalisation, contrats d'apprentissage, etc.) pour être en conformité avec leur formation.
