We are seeking a partner company for our Bachelor in Management Finance program (certified title of level II – Bac – recognized by the State and validating ECTS credits) an Assistant Contrôleur de Gestion H/F en alternance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract quantities and values from stocks, verify accurate valuation, and analyze main movements.
- Before each closing, prepare analysis files for the company's accounting closures and report any anomalies to the Industrial Control Manager.
- Participate in closing works (provisions, stock adjustments, explanation of discrepancies...).
- Update real PRI, identify main discrepancies vs. standard PRI, establish monthly follow-up with purchasing managers, and actively participate in analyzing discrepancies.
- Control indirect production expenses monthly, analyze discrepancies vs. budget.
- Collaborate with CGI to develop reports for the group.
- Build the budget with production unit stakeholders.
- Participate in constructing and implementing KPIs on various accounting and workshop axes.
- Participate in implementing the budget in our ERP (Microsoft D).
- Develop/improve reporting tools (Microsoft PowerBI), optimize existing databases, verify data quality in conjunction with data management.
Required Profile:
- Rigorous, analytical spirit, and critical thinking.
- Interest in IT tools.
- Good listening skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Curiosity is the key.
Required Level:
Bac validated or holding ECTS credits.
Remuneration:
% of SMIC according to the contract's remuneration grid.
