Business Solutions Architect

Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Architect to join its team. As a Business Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions across the Finance, Legal, and HR departments.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with finance, legal, and HR departments to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives, documenting and analyzing processes, workflows, and data requirements, and developing holistic financial system architecture with detailed design specifications.
You will also be responsible for continuously assessing the suitability of existing systems for Mirakl's needs, researching and recommending improvements of existing solutions or new ones that can enhance financial, legal, and HR operations, and defining and designing integration solutions for Mirakl financial systems with other companies' systems.
Additionally, you will collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement or improve those systems, ensure that they meet business requirements, oversee system configuration, customization, and testing, and develop data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least one experience with financial systems and technology, and a prior experience in a financial consulting or solution architect role.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems or Billing tools, financial modeling software, and financial analytics tools, is also required. Excellent communication and relationship building skills, in-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting, and expertise in designing and architecting financial solutions are also essential.
