Our suite of solutions provides a transformative way to digitize and expand product assortment through marketplace and dropship, improve efficiency in supplier catalog management and payments, personalize shopping experiences, and boost profits through retail media.
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Architect with a business and IT background to help our Finance, Legal, and HR teams achieve a new level of performance. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive IT solutions across those departments, focusing on bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and HR departments to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop holistic financial system architecture with detailed design specifications, including data models, workflows, and integration points.
- Assess the suitability of existing systems for Mirakl's needs, research, and recommend improvements or new solutions to enhance financial, legal, and HR operations.
- Define and design integration solutions for Mirakl financial systems with other companies' systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement or improve those systems, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Develop data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
- Ensure financial systems comply with industry regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least one experience with financial systems and technology.
- A prior experience in a financial consulting or solution architect role.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems or billing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
