Position Overview

Your Role

As the EMEA Retail Training Manager, you will collaborate closely with both the Global Training Team and the Retail EMEA Team to assess training requirements and customize training initiatives that align with our brand ethos and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global Training Team and Retail EMEA Team to evaluate training needs and modify training programs in line with brand ethos and business objectives.
  • Develop a training schedule for each country in the region, considering retail priorities: Organize and execute in-store coaching and training sessions for retail teams in accordance with company service standards.
  • Implement and facilitate the effective execution of training programs (fundamentals, products, collections, etc.).
  • Uphold the brand image and ensure the delivery of an exceptional luxury client experience.
  • Promote the brand's vision of being client-centric.
  • Ensure that all retail personnel representing the brand convey a unified message.
  • Oversee the delivery, quality, and budget of training programs, including planning and coordinating the training calendar, venues, and participants. Ensure that appropriate training programs are delivered effectively and promptly.
  • Evaluate and track the effectiveness of training sessions and action plans.
  • Stay informed about new trends and tools in employee development and competitor practices.
  • Manage budgetary constraints effectively.
  • Inspire and develop the Training Team.

  • An experienced program manager with a global perspective, possessing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and passionate about training and people development.
  • Previous experience in content design is essential.
  • A proactive problem-solver and collaborative team player.

  • Proficient in English.
