Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Training Manager EMEA to join our team at Balenciaga S.A.S. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for retail teams across the EMEA region, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for retail teams, including in-store coaching and training, to ensure they meet company service standards.
  • Work closely with the Global Training Team and Retail EMEA Team to identify training needs and adapt training programs accordingly.
  • Manage the delivery, quality, and budget of training programs, including planning and coordinating the training calendar, venues, and participants.
  • Monitor and measure trainings and action-plans to ensure they are effective and meet business priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and tools in employee development and competitors to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Manage the Training Team and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality training programs.
Requirements
  • International experience in program management, with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to inform training programs.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning, with a desire to stay up-to-date with new trends and tools in employee development.
  • Previous experience in content design and development, with a focus on creating engaging and effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
