Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial support to PA Field Service Technicians and PA Sales Specialists in assigned regions to help customers, create, submit, and track quotations, maintenance contracts, and installations.
- Invoice services and spare parts based on service reports.
- Monitor service/parts orders and resolve customer complaints, if needed.
- Manage PA customer accounts (tele-sales).
- Report all activities and customer data in CRM (C4C) systems to ensure complete transparency.
- Keep C4C databases updated and work with C4C ticketing systems, including invoicing C4C service agreements.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance contracts by proactively analyzing customer data in C4C and sharing with relevant teams.
- Coordinate repair orders of hot melt systems with Nordson workshops in Maastricht and Lueneburg.
- Support PA management teams by analyzing results and creating regular reports.
- Identify sales potential and trade-in opportunities by analyzing customer data in C4C and sharing with relevant teams.
- Interface with Aftermarket and Sales teams and PA EMEA Customer Project Engineers to maximize sales, spare parts, and maintenance contracts.
- Advise on new markets, changes in existing markets, competitor activities, and needs for new or redesigned Nordson hardware.
- Establish working relationships with adhesive suppliers and partners.
- Initiate and coordinate action plans to drive profitable growth.
- At least an Associate's Degree in a commercial discipline or equivalent, and ideally longstanding (5-10 years) experience as an Associate in Sales.
- Customer- and service orientation.
- Computer skills and ERP knowledge (SAP/C4C).
- Ability to respond quickly and process all customer requests.
- Good all-round experience in customer and account management through remote working methods and tools.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service for technical industries.
- Experience and proven track record in managing customers via telephone, email, and social media.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (local language and English).
- Independent working style and solution-oriented thinking.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Resilience and flexibility.
- Very good ability to work in a team.
