Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Business Development UK to drive the business development team for the UK Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for elaborating the annual sales plan and strategy for the UK Market, implementing and promoting the sales and business development strategy for the UK Market, and managing a team of Business Development Managers UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for ENSEMBLE in the UK
- Represent customers at ENSEMBLE, translating external trends and customer requirements internally
- Represent ENSEMBLE at customers, defending the best interest of ENSEMBLE in customer interactions
- Manage sales team for the UK, driving the sales team to develop the Europe and Export Market following the ENSEMBLE sales strategy
- Understand and share commercial situation for the UK, contributing to the definition and follow-up of the annual budget and strategic plan for the UK Market
- Negotiate contracts in line with the ENSEMBLE Sales Strategy and production plans
- Provide accurate and live forecasts on sales & delivery volume and ensure contract execution
- Actively manage the customer/business interface to maintain customer satisfaction
- Be accountable for good practices in the process lead to contract to order to cash and ensure UK Sales Team's compliance with operational rules
Requirements
- Strong ability to negotiate with customers and develop business
- Base in UK, 100% remote (home office), but travelling in all UK to develop the market
- Good relationship, ability to work remotely
