The Electrical Development Center (EDC) is dedicated to advancing electrical products from the detailed design phase to serial production.
Your future responsibilities:
Embrace a new challenge by leveraging your planning expertise within our Electrical Development Center. You will report to Lionel Cervantes, Head of Projects & Operations, collaborating with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals.
On a daily basis, you will engage closely with various teams across the organization, including an Electrical Project Manager or a Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), managing multiple and diverse end-to-end tenders and overseeing contract or program execution. Your role will involve proposing recommendations, efficiently managing planning deliverables, and facilitating the alignment of internal stakeholders.
Key expectations:
Evaluating timely project delivery throughout the entire Electrical pre-serial phase Implementing the project scheduling process while balancing various alternatives Logically sequencing and interlinking all activities Effective management and issuance of deliverables Proactive reporting for clients, core teams, and corporate stakeholders Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting productive meetings Leading regular schedule reviews against progress status management Developing effective project execution plans and strategies Contributing to team agility and cross-functional alignmentAbout you:

Collaborative spirit and team-oriented management Degree in engineering or a related field Background in project management and industrial operations Potential prior experience as a Planning or Project Manager in Development, Sub-Systems, Operations, or Industrial sectors, including Transportation or Construction. Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and resilience Ability to adapt, influence, and negotiate effectively Proactive issue anticipation and resolution capabilities Familiarity with complex design-build projects, tendering, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality processes.What you will appreciate:
