About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Manager to join our Electrical Development Center in Toulouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing on-time delivery of projects, applying project scheduling processes, and managing deliverable issuance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess on-time delivery of projects across the end-to-end Electrical pre-serial phase
  • Apply project scheduling processes and juggle with various alternatives
  • Logically sequence and link all activities
  • Manage deliverable issuance efficiently
  • Proactively report to customers, core team, and corporate stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholders and facilitate productive meetings
  • Lead regular schedule reviews and progress status management
  • Develop effective project execution plans and strategies
  • Contribute to team agility and transverse alignment

About You:

  • Degree in engineering or a similar field
  • Project management and industrial background
  • Prior experience as a Planning or Project Manager in Development, Sub-Systems, Operations, Industrial, or a related field
  • Analytical thinking, solution focus, and resilience
  • Ability to adapt, influence, and negotiate
  • Capacity to anticipate issues and be proactive
  • Familiarity with design-build complex projects, tendering, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality processes
