Job Description

Adone Conseil is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the team in the implementation, execution, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support users with level 1 support
  • Analyze and qualify tickets
  • Follow up on anomaly resolution
  • Create, follow up, and test evolution requests
  • Animate the support channel efficiently

Training and Documentation

  • Animate training sessions with the project support team
  • Update documentation after each new production
  • Maintain the project documentation base

Other Missions

  • Assist in master control
  • Aide in writing functional specifications
  • Assist the team in functional testing

Visualization of Data

  • Contribute to the management of existing PowerBI reports
  • Contribute to the construction of PowerBI reports with users

Governance and Project Management

  • Aide in preparing and formalizing supports for different committees
