Job Description

Adone Conseil is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team for a 6-month internship. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will assist our team in defining and building new projects, as well as ensuring the support of users on deployed projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation, execution, and operational maintenance of Business Intelligence tools
  • Manage user support, including analyzing and qualifying tickets, following up on anomaly resolution, and creating and testing requests for evolution
  • Animate the support channel effectively
  • Contribute to the development of reports using PowerBI
  • Assist in the preparation and formalization of supports for various committees

Requirements

  • Proven analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp complex questions
  • Excellent relational skills and a taste for developing client relationships
  • Knowledge of the Agile method and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English
