Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Media Planning and Buying Specialist to join our team at GroupM Europe. As a key member of our Activation team, you will be responsible for managing the digital delivery of our Activation and Digital trading team, ensuring seamless campaign execution and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present digital media recommendations to clients, evaluating and selecting media vendors that best address campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Activation team to optimize campaign performance, analyze results, and summarize performance in post-campaign reviews.
  • Manage operationally several buyers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for programmatic experts and publishers, driving Special Operations (360° mixing Press and digital) and maintaining smooth relationships with preferred partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with managerial experience required.
  • Fluent Business English and French, with strong analytical skills and demonstrated oral and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a rigorous, curious, and eager-to-learn approach.
