Role Overview: As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the company's Customer Relationship Management frameworks and initiatives. You will also focus on refining campaigns related to Ledger's hardware wallets, transactional offerings, and service subscriptions within our web3 companion application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
