Role Overview: As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the company's Customer Relationship Management frameworks and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will encompass the design and execution of CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention throughout the consumer journey. You will also focus on refining campaigns related to Ledger's hardware wallets, transactional offerings, and service subscriptions within our web3 companion application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions and optimize CRM efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in CRM management.
- Demonstrated success in executing complex marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in advanced CRM platforms, particularly Braze.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
