Brevo, a leading CRM suite, is seeking a Technical Account Strategist to join its Customer Success Team in the Paris office. As the main point of contact for enterprise clients, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and driving client adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client portfolios from onboarding to renewal
- Drive client adoption and identify growth opportunities
- Handle technical client issues regarding API, deliverability, and other features
- Establish client goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care teams
- Fluent in French and Spanish
- At least 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
- Experience working with RESTful technology and APIs
- Strong ability to understand and manage customers' needs and strategy
