Key Responsibilities:- Draft and publish job advertisements
- Source candidates through various job boards
- Identify and engage with potential candidates
- Develop and maintain Talent Pools
- Keep abreast of best practices in sourcing
- Promote job opportunities on professional networks
- Coordinate candidate outreach campaigns
- Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, forums, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous
