About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Croix-Rouge française. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing a team of financial professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of approximately 5 direct reports and 70 indirect reports across two sites
- Supervise the work of financial reviewers for 7 business sectors during monthly and annual closing processes
- Oversee financial accounting and reporting in our establishments and Shared Service Centers
- Organize the preparation and review of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with financial planning and procedures
- Contribute to the development of financial procedures and projects
- Respond to requests from external auditors
- Develop and implement training programs for financial staff
- Participate in and support the implementation of financial projects
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial management and leadership. You should have a degree in accounting or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have experience in managing teams and be proficient in financial software and tools.
