Position: Facilities Maintenance Director

Company: Laval Agglomération

Department: Sustainable Infrastructure Division

Overview: Reporting directly to the head of sustainable infrastructure, you will oversee the execution of strategic initiatives for the upkeep of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate teams and stakeholders involved in facility maintenance
- Supervise maintenance workshops and technical supervisors
- Design and implement protocols and tools for facility upkeep
- Manage maintenance budgets and develop financial strategies
- Ensure maintenance operations comply with applicable regulations

Qualifications:
- Degree in Facility Management, Construction, or Maintenance
- Proven experience in similar positions
- Familiarity with facility regulations and public procurement processes
- Excellent organizational skills and capacity for independent work
- Valid driver's license required

Work Environment:
- 39-hour work week with 22 vacation days
- Standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday
- Option for remote work
- Location: Laval Agglomération headquarters
