Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Management Controller to join our team. As an Industrial Management Controller, you will play a critical role in analyzing economic and financial data to inform operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve industrial performance to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain data structures in collaboration with internal teams
  • Produce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Ensure accurate pricing and cost management
  • Analyze production variances and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the optimization of our ERP system (Infor-M3) and participate in various meetings
  • Continuously improve business tools and processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial management and control, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (M3) and business intelligence tools (Domo)
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in English
