Financial Performance Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our finance community, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our site and providing accurate and reliable reporting data to site and headquarter management.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial data to produce actual budget and forecasts, and draw conclusions on budget/actual variances
* Ensure that the financial structure of the site, its processes, and systems are compliant with all internal and external requirements
* Guarantee that internal control rules are correctly applied within the site
* Interface and coordinate with project controllers, operations controllers to report and cascade information
* Be a business partner to operational teams by proposing improvement and/or corrective actions on their scope
* Participate in change management initiatives, such as systems/application roll-out and organizational changes
* Manage the site reporting team, including training and coaching, succession plans, and indirect management of one team member supporting the cash controlling team
**Requirements**
* Business School/University Degree
* Fluent in English (second language is a plus)
* Expertise in SAP FI/CO is appreciated
