Position Overview:
In the Innovation Department at Veolia, you will assist the Deputy Director and the Open Innovation Manager in overseeing project portfolios. Your responsibilities will include:
- Updating and managing the open innovation platform in collaboration with Business Units
- Identifying startups on strategic topics alongside stakeholders from the innovation department
- Developing criteria for startup evaluations in partnership with external investment funds and the Innovation Intelligence team
- Coordinating webinars focused on open innovation themes
- Supporting the Deputy Director in tracking and reviewing budgets related to the innovation roadmap
- Preparing budgets that align with the innovation strategy
- Creating an innovation dashboard for project monitoring and defining relevant KPIs
Some travel to Business Units may be necessary. This role offers an apprenticeship or professional development contract for a duration of 24 months.
Candidate Profile:
You should be currently enrolled in a Master's program in business or in the fourth year of a Generalist engineering school.
Knowledge of environmental practices, data analysis, and budget management is essential.
Fluency in French and English (both oral and written) is required, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
A passion for innovation, strong analytical capabilities, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are highly valued.
