Job Description
As an IT Systems and Network Administrator, you will be part of a team of three and play a key role in maintaining and developing the company's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and evolving a high-performance and reliable IT system
- Managing daily IT systems and networks (Active Directory, GPO, WSUS)
- Configuring, installing, and maintaining IT solutions and equipment (servers, switches, workstations, firewalls)
- Integrating new IT solutions into the existing infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
You will be a key player in the company's digital transformation, working on cloud and hybrid Microsoft environments (Azure, Office 365) and participating in cloud migration projects. Your tasks will include:

- Improving and optimizing administrative tasks using PowerShell
- Collaborating with department managers and operational teams to identify and respond to system and network needs
- Planning and executing updates to tools and production processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ESN or enterprise environment
- Strong technical skills, including:
- Windows systems (and Linux, ideally)
- Active Directory (GPO), WSUS
- Microsoft 365/Azure: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
- Networking: switching, firewalls (Aruba and Fortinet, ideally)
- Database management: SQL Server, Oracle (ideally)
- A proactive and autonomous approach, with a strong ability to mobilize your skills and propose solutions
- Strong habits of technological vigilance
