Job Title: National Retail Sales Manager at Michael Page

Michael Page, a prominent entity within PageGroup and a frontrunner in specialized recruitment and interim staffing across various regions, is seeking seasoned professionals for both temporary and permanent roles.

Established in 1976 in London, the organization now boasts 141 offices in 37 countries, employing over 9000 individuals.

Michael Page in France comprises a team of more than 300 consultants, each specializing in recruitment across 21 distinct sectors nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the national management team to refine the commercial strategy,
  • Highlight and cultivate new service offerings to enhance the company's presence in innovative projects,
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
  • Negotiate contracts with major clients,
  • Act as the company's representative to strategic partners.

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee a team of 15 Sales Executives,
  • Deliver sales training and support to the team,
  • Accompany sales representatives during client visits,
  • Coordinate sales initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration.

Reporting Duties:

  • Submit weekly financial and sales performance reports to the Commercial Director,
  • Evaluate outcomes and implement necessary adjustments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on problem-solving and customer engagement, demonstrating natural leadership qualities along with robust sales capabilities and adaptability.

Being organized, meticulous, and responsive, the National Retail Sales Manager will propel the sales team towards success.

Previous management experience in the retail industry is essential for the ideal candidate.
