The Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team is responsible for overseeing the global implementation, coordination, steering, and animation of operational risks and the Level 1 control framework that mitigates such risks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of new tools dedicated to monitoring risks.
- Develop a stronger approach to operational risks using activity, business process, and risk-based reasoning.
- Enhance data quality in the controls' repository.
As an apprentice, you will be committed to supporting several projects, including:
- Helping workers use new tools daily.
- Operating checks on data quality and completeness in the tool and conducting post-migration testing.
- Implementing reporting dashboards.
- Identifying and promoting best practices.
- Managing blueprints to help identify and monitor risks.
- Assisting in updating the repository of controls to improve their description and execution.
The position involves exchanges with project teams and country correspondents, and fluency in English is necessary.
Required Profile- Study specialization in Audit/Risk/Internal Control is preferable.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good sense of organization.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Good level of autonomy and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Fluent English (another language welcome).
- Advanced usage of Excel.
- Contrat d'apprentissage or professionnalisation.
- Master 2 only.
- 12 months contract.
