Senior Software Development Engineer

Parker Hannifin Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

• Estimate the size and complexity of software projects and determine technical designs within architectural guidelines.
• Execute software development following Disciplined Agile Delivery methodology.
• Implement software functionality in a Behavior-Driven Development manner.
• Continuously improve software development processes.
• Support and build automation necessary for continuous delivery pipelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions, and fix them.
• Provide support to external teams such as customer support or application engineering.

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Great architectural competencies, including MVVM, Onion architecture, and reusable code.
• Expertise in .Net (C#, WPF, WinForms, concurrent programming, Asp.Net Core, OpenID connect).
• Expertise in web development (Angular, HTML/CSS, accessibility constraints).
• Comfortable with Continuous Delivery (Git, Azure DevOps, Pull requests, automated testing and deployment).
• Ability to apply best practices (Clean code, design patterns).
• Analytical and interdisciplinary mind, solving problems with innovative, appropriate solutions, and being able to critically test and assess variants.

• Autonomous, good team player, pro-active, and open-minded attitude.
• Motivated to exchange with colleagues to find the best, clean, and evolutive solution.
• Curious and well-informed on new technologies.
• Good communication skills, flexibility, and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in French with very good command of English (both spoken and written).
