We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Antolin. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet organizational and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and clarify project scope and objectives in terms of timing, quality, and cost.
- Develop and follow policies and procedures to support project objectives.
- Negotiate with clients regarding project scope and objectives.
- Define project team structure and appoint team members.
- Coordinate project activities across different organizational functions.
Requirements:
- Masters of Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electronics).
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive project management, with OEM window contact.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems engineering.
- Resourceful and self-motivated, with ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Fluency in German, English, and French.
- Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word, etc.).
