Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelez Global LLC
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining equipment, and driving process improvements to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance and track progress.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of production technicians to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or a related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on technical leadership and process improvement.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
